  • Acknowledge the complaint within twenty-four hours and resolve such complaint within a period of fifteen days from the date of its receipt.
  • Receive and acknowledge any order, notice, or direction issued by the Appropriate Government, any competent authority, or a court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Take all reasonable and practicable measures to remove or disable access to content that exposes the private area of an individual, shows such individual in full or partial nudity or in any sexual act or conduct, or is in the nature of impersonation in an electronic form, including artificially morphed images of such individual, within twenty-four hours from the receipt of a complaint made by an individual or any person on their behalf.
  • Implement a mechanism for the receipt of complaints which may enable the individual or person to provide details, as may be necessary, in relation to such content or communication link.

For any breach of personal data/information or sensitive personal data/information, the following process will be followed:

  1. A complaint can be raised to the Grievance Officer for the breach at

  2. Upon receipt of the complaint, the Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt of the complaint to the aggrieved party.
  3. The Grievance Officer will then take action on the complaint and resolve the matter.

Appointment of Grievance Officer as per the Information Technology Act in India and the process for resolving complaints is as follows:

Mode of Registering the Complaint by the Complainant:

  • The Complainant is required to register his/her complaint through electronic mode by sending it to the registered email ID of the Grievance Officer.
  • A hard copy should also be sent to the company at the Registered or Corporate office address.

Acknowledgement of the Complaint by Grievance Officer:

  • The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours, providing a Complaint Registration Number (CRN) for tracking.

Investigation by the Grievance Officer:

  • Access to the violative content must be removed within 36 hours of receipt of the complaint.
  • A detailed report on the usage of the Complainant's information must be prepared and presented to the Board of Directors within 10 days.
  • After the Board Meeting, a summary status will be shared with the Complainant.

Resolution of the Complainant's Complaint:

After sending the summary status of the complaint, if the Complainant seeks further clarification, the Grievance Officer shall reply within 2 working days of receiving the clarification request.

  • The Grievance Officer is required to resolve the matter within one month of receipt of the complaint.
  • The Officer will then email the resolution of the complaint and close it, or will also courier a copy of the resolution, signed by two Directors of the Company, to the registered address of the Complainant.
